I was born on July 4th, 1952 in Watertown, NY. Watertown is located in northern N.Y. near the Canadian border and Adirondack Mountains. I married my wife Penny in Aug 1974. Penny grew up in Clayton, NY which is located on the St Lawrence River.

I started out in photography using the Canon AV-1 a 35mm film camera and I also used a Yashica medium format camera. I now shoot mainly digital with the Canon EOS 5D Professional and the Canon EOS 10D. The lenses I use are mostly Canon L series lenses.

I shoot mostly in the RAW mode and process all images using Adobe Photoshop CS3.

I enjoy all aspects of photography; mostly Wildlife, Landscape, Macro, and Studio/Commercial (in my garage studio).
